Unhappy Long Time Customer

I have been a customer since back when your name was the Charleston Tea Plantation. I even told so many people about how good your product was. I remember when you had free shipping and offers of buy two tins get one free. I am sorry to say I was very disappointed in my last order. I used to order the loose leaf tins but this time you only had the pouches available. Both state they are 2.3 ounces. The tins used to be full to the top. When I poured these pouches into the tins they were only about two thirds full. Also the quality of the leaves does not seem to be the same as they used to be. I am very sorry about this because I used to enjoy your product.
